The Flex-Tube PV is a medium-weight PVC hose built for applications where you need reliable airflow at an affordable price point. From residential leaf vacuum setups to workshop dust collection, commercial HVAC systems to industrial vacuum lines, this hose handles a wide range of jobs — including pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments. Available in diameters from 1.5 inches to 10 inches with multiple length options, it fits most standard port sizes across these applications. Many sizes available.
The co-extruded PVC wall (available in clear or green depending on size) lets you monitor material flow and catch blockages before they become a problem. The rigid external helix doubles as a wearstrip, giving you durability without sacrificing flexibility.
For leaf vacuum and lawn debris collection, the Flex-Tube PV is compatible with systems from Cyclone Rake, Billy Goat, DR Power, and Agri-Fab. For dust collection in woodworking shops, furniture manufacturing, and CNC operations, it fits standard 4-inch ports and scales up to 10 inches for larger CNC and industrial vacuum configurations.
PVC vs. Polyurethane: Which Flex-Tube Is Right for Your Application?
The Flex-Tube PV is the economical choice in the Flex-Tube lineup. If your application involves lighter materials like leaves, sawdust, or dry particulate at moderate temperatures (20°F to 160°F), PVC delivers the performance you need at a lower cost per foot than polyurethane alternatives. For heavier or more abrasive materials — grain, wood chips, bark — or if you need cold-weather flexibility below 20°F, the Flex-Tube PU (polyurethane) is the better fit, with an operating range down to -40°F.
