Free Shipping (Continental U.S.)  All orders ship free within the continental United States.

Carriers 
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, or LTL freight depending on order size, product configuration, and destination.

Lead Times 
• In-stock items: typically ship next business day 
• Special-order items: ship based on the lead time shown on the product page or provided during quoting 

After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.

Freight(LTL) Delivery for Large Orders

Large orders may ship via LTL freight on pallets.
Here’s what to expect:

Business Addresses (Dock / Forklift Available)

  • Free LTL shipping (continental U.S.)
  • Delivery to your dock (carrier requirements vary)
  • Signature required at delivery
  • Tracking provided; delivery appointments vary by carrier

Residential or Non-Dock Addresses 

  • The carrier may call to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Lift-gate service may be required depending on location and carrier
  • Signature required at delivery
  • Tracking provided

If your location has special receiving requirements (limited hours, appointment-only, jobsite delivery), contact us before ordering so we can help coordinate the best delivery method.

Why Some Orders Arrive in Multiple Packages

In some cases, hoses and accessories may ship from different facilities. This helps keep shipping free and ensures each item ships from the most efficient location.

What to expect:
• You may receive more than one tracking number 
• Packages may arrive on different days 
• There is no extra shipping charge for multiple packages

If your order shows as delivered but you believe something is missing, contact our support team and we’ll help confirm the remaining tracking details.

Returns

We want you to get the right product. If you’re unsure which hose fits your application, contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help.

Return Policy 
• Returns accepted within 30 days 
• Products must be unused and in original packaging 
• A restocking fee may apply (based on product type and condition) 
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified
