Heavy-Weight Thermoplastic Rubber Hose for Demanding Material Handling
The Flexadux TR HT is the heavy-wall member of our TR line, built with a .035" to .054" thermoplastic rubber wall over a spring steel wire helix. Minimum ID is 1.5" and the heavier wall gives it the tear resistance, crush resistance, and service life needed for aggressive agricultural, construction, marine, and material transfer applications. Excellent ozone, UV, and chemical resistance with a wide operating temperature range.
Where the TR HT Fits
This hose is the right call for agricultural material handling on grain carts, augers, and seed tenders, construction site material transfer, foundry sand transfer, hull sanding and marine vacuum applications, landscape leaf and debris vacuum operations, sand and gravel suction, street and parking lot sweepers, and wave pool blower setups. The heavier wall holds up when standard TR hose has been crushed, torn, or worn through.
Compared to the Rest of the TR Line
The TR HT is the step up from the Flexadux TR T-7 when wall thickness and puncture resistance matter. If the hose gets dragged across rough surfaces, pair that heavy wall with a wearstrip — the T-7W adds abrasion protection to the standard T-7, and the TR HT-W is the heavy-wall version with a wearstrip.
