Static Dissipative Polyurethane Hose for Food Grade and Combustible Dust Applications
The FlexStat Hose is our hero static dissipative hose — a polyurethane construction engineered with permanent ESD properties built into the wall material itself. Unlike conductive coatings or grounded wire systems that depend on humidity to dissipate static, FlexStat's static dissipation is permanent and works in any environment. The polyurethane base meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for food contact and is built for combustible dust environments covered under NFPA 652 and 654.
Where the FlexStat Hose Fits
This hose is the right choice for FDA powder and granular transport, food grade material handling, dust collection in workshops and factories, wood dust collection, industrial vacuum cleaning, fume ventilation, injection molding, and plastic processing. Anywhere static buildup is a hazard — combustible dust, dry powders, fine plastic pellets — FlexStat is the safer answer than a standard polyurethane hose.

Specially formulated clear static dissipative thermoplastic polyurethane hose reinforced with a rigid black external ABS helix & an embedded copper grounding wire.
