Medium-Weight Thermoplastic Rubber Hose with High Temperature Rating
The Flex-Tube TR is a medium-weight black co-extruded thermoplastic rubber hose with a rigid black external polypropylene helix. It handles temperatures up to 275°F (intermittent to 300°F) — making it one of the higher-temperature options in the Flex-Tube line. Tight bend radius, very flexible and crush resistant, with moisture and chemical resistance across a wide temperature range. The external helix acts as a wearstrip. Wall thickness ranges from .020" (.75" ID) to .035" (6"–10" ID).
Where the Flex-Tube TR Fits
This hose is built for dust collection, fume ventilation, industrial vacuum cleaning, wet and dry vacuum pickup, paper and textile process air, and textile fiber collection where the operating temperature exceeds what standard polyurethane or polyethylene hoses can handle.
