Heavy-Wall Polyurethane Hose for High-Abrasion Applications
The Flex-Tube PU 60 HF is the heavy-wall version of the Flex-Tube PU — same ether-based polyurethane construction and clear wall visibility, but with a 60-mil wall thickness built to handle more abrasive materials and higher-demand equipment. When standard-weight polyurethane isn’t enough for the job, the PU 60 HF bridges the gap between everyday dust collection hoses and specialty heavy-duty options.
The clear wall lets you monitor material flow regardless of what you’re moving — grain, sand, mulch, wood chips, or fine particulate. The rigid helix maintains shape under vacuum and pressure, and the polyurethane stays flexible in temperatures from -40°F to 225°F. Many sizes available.
