Your Lumber Mill Hose Experts

Lumber mill dust collection is non-stop abrasion. Wood chips and sawdust are sharp and move at high velocity, the vacuum pull is sustained, and the system runs continuously. Standard hoses wear thin within days at the most demanding collection points. The Flx-Thane HD handles general mill work, and the VHD (very heavy duty) steps up for the highest-abrasion sections near saws and chippers.

The Flex-Tube PU 60 HF is engineered specifically to maintain its bore under sustained vacuum — lower-quality hoses collapse and restrict airflow, reducing dust collector efficiency. The 60-series wall thickness provides significantly longer service life than standard-wall hoses in continuous mill operation. Matching hose diameter to your collector CFM and branch count helps maximize both capture velocity and hose life.
