About the 10-inch Flex-Tube PU
The 10-inch is the large-machine size of the Flex-Tube PU — eight lengths from 4 to 25 ft for the biggest leaf vacuums and for commercial and industrial vacuum systems. Clear ether-based polyurethane with a .040-inch wall and a rigid yellow ABS helix as a wearstrip; abrasion resistant, crush resistant, flexible from -40°F to 200°F.
Stocked in 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, and 25 ft lengths. Each price is for one hose of that length.

Compared with PVC hose like the Flex-Tube PV, the Flex-Tube PU has better abrasion resistance, higher tensile strength, and a wider operating range (-40°F to 200°F vs. 20°F to 160°F). For the most abrasive material, the heavy-wall Flex-Tube PU 60 HF is the next step up.
