The FlexStat 60 is a heavy-wall polyurethane hose engineered for the most demanding bulk material handling applications where safety is non-negotiable. An embedded copper grounding wire provides permanent static dissipation that does not depend on humidity or surface coatings, making this one of the most reliable ESD-safe hoses available for grain vac, dust collection, and severe service material transfer. The thick polyurethane wall resists tearing, crushing, and abrasion while maintaining a smooth interior bore for maximum material flow.

Where the FlexStat 60 Fits

This hose is built for operations that push standard hoses past their limit. Common uses include grain vac loading and unloading, rail car and truck bulk transfer, industrial dust collection on heavy aggregate, and any application covered by NFPA 652 or NFPA 654 combustible dust standards. The embedded copper wire means static charge is safely conducted to ground every time, which is critical when moving grain, wood dust, plastic pellets, or any dust that can ignite.

If you need a lighter-weight ESD-safe option for cleaner environments, the Flex-Tube PU 60 GV-GW also has an embedded copper grounding wire in a standard-wall construction. For non-ESD heavy-wall applications, the Flex-Tube PU 60 HF offers the same severe-service durability without the static protection.
