Black Acrylic-Coated Polyester Hose with UL 94V-0 Flame Retardancy
The Heat-Flex CW-325 is a single-ply black acrylic-coated polyester fabric hose reinforced with a spring steel wire helix. It is listed as UL 94V-0 flame retardant — making it a common choice for overhead vehicle exhaust extraction systems, welding fume capture, and any application where flame retardancy is a requirement. Light weight and flexible, available from 2" to 10" inside diameter (with smaller and larger sizes available on request).

Compared to the Rest of the Heat-Flex Line
The CW-325 is the polyester-based flame retardant option — a different construction from the silicone-coated fiberglass Heat-Flex hoses. If the application runs at high temperatures that would exceed what polyester can handle, step up to the Heat-Flex GN (neoprene-coated fiberglass, also UL 94V-0). For general high-temperature service, the Heat-Flex GS covers a broader range.
