Paper mill hoses for dust collection and heat ducting in paper manufacturing facilities. The Flx-Thane HD and VHD Clear handle abrasive paper dust collection at high velocity without wearing through. For drying sections where temperatures are extreme, the Flex-Lok series provides stainless steel construction — Flex-Lok 750 to 750°F, Flex-Lok 1050 to 1050°F, and Flex-Lok 1200 to 1200°F. The Heat-Flex GS and CW-325 cover mid-range heat applications. Many sizes available.

In collection and transfer lines, the Flx-Thane HD and VHD Clear move high-velocity paper fiber without wearing through, keeping lines clear and reducing maintenance shutdowns. Paper dust is combustible — fiber buildup can ignite under the right conditions, making proper hose selection, grounding, and airflow velocity all important considerations.

In drying sections where rolls reach extreme temperatures, standard hoses fail rapidly. The Heat-Flex GS and CW-325 handle mid-range heat exposure to 325°F, while the Flex-Lok 750, Flex-Lok 1050, and Flex-Lok 1200 are designed for the hottest zones. These stainless steel and silicone-reinforced hoses expand and contract with thermal cycling without cracking or leaking.
