Conductive Polyethylene Hose with Yellow Skimcoat for Easy Identification
The Genesis StatPath Plus is a light-weight black polyethylene conductive copolymer hose with a yellow skimcoat, reinforced with an integral polyethylene helix. It shares the same conductive properties as the standard Genesis StatPath — surface resistivity of 103–105 Ohms/Square — with the added yellow skimcoat for easy visual identification of the conductive line in mixed-hose installations. Crush resistant with superior external abrasion resistance and a smooth interior for efficient airflow.
Where the Genesis StatPath Plus Fits
Same application set as the StatPath: industrial vacuum cleaning, automotive ventilation, printing fume extraction, paper trim conduit, sprayers, construction, and general manufacturing and material handling in static-sensitive environments. The yellow skimcoat makes it the better pick when crews need to visually distinguish the conductive hose from standard non-conductive lines on the job.
Compared to Other Static/Conductive Options
The StatPath Plus is the same hose as the Genesis StatPath with a yellow skimcoat added for visibility. Both are conductive at 103–105 Ohms/Square. For non-conductive Genesis applications, the Genesis Commercial Black is the standard workhorse.
