Conductive Polyethylene Hose for Static-Sensitive Vacuum and Material Handling
The Genesis StatPath is a light-weight black polyethylene conductive copolymer hose reinforced with an integral polyethylene helix. It is the conductive option in the Genesis line, with a surface resistivity of 103–105 Ohms/Square — significantly more conductive than static dissipative hoses. Built for industrial vacuum and light bulk material applications where static buildup is a concern. Crush resistant with superior external abrasion resistance and a smooth interior for efficient airflow.

This hose is the right choice for industrial vacuum cleaning, automotive ventilation, printing fume extraction, paper trim conduit, sprayers, construction, and general manufacturing and material handling in environments where static discharge could damage products, ignite dust, or create a safety hazard. The conductive construction provides a more aggressive static path to ground than static dissipative alternatives.
Compared to Other Static/Conductive Options
The StatPath is conductive (103–105 Ohms/Square) — a lower resistance than static dissipative hoses like the FlexStat Hose (108–1010 Ohms/Square). Conductive means faster discharge to ground, which matters in environments with explosive dust or sensitive electronics. For non-conductive Genesis applications, the Genesis Commercial Black is the standard workhorse.
