At Wholesale Hoses, we believe transparency makes doing business easier. Below you’ll find details on shipping options and transit times, return eligibility and procedures, and billing terms for both standard and business account customers. Our goal is to provide clear, straightforward information that supports efficient ordering and long-term partnerships.

Shipping Overview

Wholesale Hoses ships across the contiguous United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what’s in your cart and your delivery zip code, so you see your shipping cost before you pay.

Most hoses are charged per hose, based on size and weight.
Oversize and truck freight items are charged once per order, however many are in the cart.
Fittings and clamps add at most one small shipping charge per order.
Freight deliveries to homes or businesses without a loading dock may need lift gate service, which adds a surcharge.
Products marked “Call us for a shipping quote” are quoted by phone.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other territories: call us for a quote.

Carriers
Orders ship via USPS, FedEx Ground, or LTL Freight for oversized or palletized shipments.

Lead Times

Lead times are shown on each product page under the hose dimensions selected before adding items to your cart.

• In-stock items: typically ship next business day
• Special-order items: ship based on the lead time shown on the product page or provided during quoting

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Freight(LTL) Delivery for Large Orders

Large orders may ship via LTL freight on pallets.
Here’s what to expect:

Business Addresses (Dock / Forklift Available)

Delivery to your dock (carrier requirements vary)
Signature required at delivery
Tracking provided; delivery appointments vary by carrier

Residential or Non-Dock Addresses

The carrier may call to schedule a delivery appointment
Lift-gate service may be required depending on location and carrier
Lift gate surcharge applies when applicable
Signature required at delivery
Tracking provided

Please Note: If your location has special receiving requirements (limited hours, appointment-only, jobsite delivery), contact us before ordering so we can help coordinate the best delivery method.

Why Some Orders Arrive in Multiple Packages

In some cases, hoses and accessories may ship from different facilities. This may result in 2 shipping charges depending on the quantity and cost of the hose/accessory and where it's delivered. If you have questions about your order or shipping fees please contact our support team at 844-217-8302.

What to expect:
• You may receive more than one tracking number
• Packages may arrive on different days
• Packages my arrive from different carriers.

If your order shows as delivered but you believe something is missing, contact our support team and we’ll help confirm the remaining tracking details.

Returns

We want you to get the right product. If you’re unsure which hose fits your application, contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help.

Return Policy
• Returns accepted within 30 days
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• A restocking fee may apply (based on product type and condition)
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified
