Seamless Shipping

All of our hoses and hose accessories ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States, with the exception of residential LTL freight shipments. Lead times vary by product: standard orders typically ship the next business day, while custom hoses may take up to two to three business weeks. You’ll see all applicable lead times listed under the hose dimensions you select before adding an item to your cart.

Your order will ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, or Freight for oversize hose shipments. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will follow as each part of your order ships

Accessory Shipments:
Band clamps and other hose accessories ship separately and always at no cost to you. Most accessories ship via USPS and usually arrive within one to two business days after your hose delivery. Because accessories are fulfilled from different locations, they will have their own tracking numbers and arrival times. You’ll receive all tracking details as items ship so you can easily monitor every package.

Delivery times vary by destination, but typical transit times from our location to yours are as follows:

Zone 1: 1-2 business days (Northeast)
Zone 2: 2-3 business days (Upper Midwest and South)
Zone 3: 3-4 business days (Midwest)
Zone 4: 4-5 business days (West and Pacific Northwest)
Canada and non-contiguous US: NO Shipping offered at this time. 

LTL Freight Shipping To Businesses

  • LTL Freight Shipping is free for all business customers with a dock.
  • Shipments will arrive on a pallet/s delivered to the you on a truck or trailer.
  • The trucking company will have tracking details, but they may not call you to arrange for a date and time of delivery.
  • You will need to be present for delivery and sign, and you may need a forklift or pallet jack to receive the pallet/s.
  • Some shipments may not have a tracking number.

LTL Freight Shipping To Residential Addresses

  • All shipments to residential addresses are subject to a shipping surcharge. 
    Shipments will arrive on a pallet/s delivered to the you on a truck or trailer.
  • The trucking company will have tracking details, and they will call you to arrange for a date and time of delivery.
  • You will need to be present for delivery and sign, but do not need any special equipment or space to receive the pallet. The trucking company will deliver the pallet with “lift gate service” meaning that the pallet will be placed on the ground by the trucking company.
  • Some shipments may not have a tracking number. 

Billing

Your Wholesale Hoses purchase will appear on your credit statement as Woodland Power Products, the parent company of Wholesale Hoses.

Terms and Conditions for Payment by Purchase Order

  • NET30 terms are provided for business transactions only.
  • All orders will require a valid Purchase Order (PO).
  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Your credit application information is kept secure and confidential.

How to Apply for NET30 Terms

The application process involves a few straightforward steps:

  1. Contact us either by phone, email, or chat and we'll get the process started for you.
  2. We'll need your complete business information including company name and addresses. If you're an existing customer, we'll verify all information in your account.
  3. After your account is created, we'll email you a credit application form.
  4. Once the credit application form is submitted, the application will be reviewed by our accounting department. You'll receive notification of approval or denial via email within one business day.
  5. Approved customers must email us a Purchase Order (PO), and then our team will review your PO before accuracy before placing your order.

Product Return Policy

If you find you need to return a product within 30 days there will be a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for return shipping. Products need to be in unused, and in the originally boxed condition.
