Wholesale Hoses offers reliable shipping throughout the contiguous United States. While many orders still qualify for free shipping, shipping charges may apply depending on order total, shipment size (LTL vs. non-LTL), delivery location, and dock availability.

LTL Freight Shipments (Palletized Orders)

  • Orders under $1,000 — Business with loading dock
    Dock required
    Shipping charge: $50
  • Orders under $1,000 — Residential delivery or business without a dock
    Lift gate service required
    Shipping charge: $145 (Includes $50 freight charge + $95 lift gate surcharge)
  • Orders $1,000 or more — Business or residential
    With or without loading dock

Shipping Lead Times

Lead times are shown on each product page under the hose dimensions selected before adding items to your cart.

  • In-stock items typically ship next business day
  • Custom hose assemblies generally ship within 2–3 business weeks

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Orders ship via USPS, FedEx Ground, or LTL Freight for oversized or palletized shipments. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typical transit times from our location to yours are as follows:

Zone 1: 1-2 business days (Northeast)
Zone 2: 2-3 business days (Upper Midwest and South)
Zone 3: 3-4 business days (Midwest)
Zone 4: 4-5 business days (West and Pacific Northwest)
Canada and non-contiguous US: NO Shipping offered at this time. 

LTL Freight Shipping To Businesses: What to Expect

• Shipments arrive palletized on a truck or trailer
• Businesses with a loading dock receive reduced shipping costs
• A forklift or pallet jack may be required
• Recipient must be present to sign for delivery
• Tracking may be limited or unavailable

LTL Freight Shipping To Residential Addresses: What to Expect

• Lift gate service required
• Carrier will schedule delivery
• No special equipment required
• Recipient must be present to sign
• Lift gate surcharge applies when applicable
