High Temperature Extraction
High temperature extraction hoses for capturing hot air, fumes, and exhaust in industrial environments up to 1200°F. The Heat-Flex GS and NS series handle moderate temperatures with flexible silicone-coated fiberglass construction. For extreme heat, the Flex-Lok stainless steel series offers options rated at 550°F, 750°F, 1050°F, and 1200°F. The FX-400 and FX-550 Springflex hoses provide portable high-temp ducting for construction heaters and engine exhaust. Many sizes available.

Your High Temperature Extraction Experts
High temperature extraction starts with knowing the actual temperature at the hose inlet — not just the source temperature. The Heat-Flex series works well for applications up to 500°F where flexibility and light weight matter, such as heat guns, ovens, and drying systems. Above 500°F, the all-metal Flex-Lok hoses take over with continuous service ratings from 550°F to 1200°F for foundry exhaust, kiln venting, and engine test cells.
For portable or temporary setups like construction heaters, the FX-400 is purpose-built for forced-air heater ducting rated to 400°F. The FX-550 handles direct engine exhaust. Matching the hose rating to the actual operating temperature prevents premature failure and keeps your extraction system safe.
