Is there a difference between ducting and flexible hose?
Ducting typically implies larger diameter, low pressure applications usually involving air. Flexible hose suggests small to large diameter hose that can handle vacuum, as well as, slightly higher pressures than standard ducting.  Flexible hose is ideal for handling air, fume, dust and light weight material handling applications. Flexaust manufactures a variety of flexible hose & ducting with a wide range of vacuum, pressure and temperature ratings.

How can I make sure I get the right hose?
If you use the STAMP method, you should have no problem finding the right hose for you.

Size Specify the I.D. of the hose or duct required
Temperature Specify media temperature (°F) 
Application Specify if Air, Fume, Dust, and or lightweight materials will be flowing through the hose.
Media Specify what media is going through the hose.
Pressure Specify the type of pressure. Positive (psi), Negative (inches Hg.), and/or inches w.g.

How to Apply for NET30 Terms
The application process involves a few straightforward steps:

  1. Contact us either by phone, email, or chat and we'll get the process started for you.
  2. We'll need your complete business information including company name and addresses. If you're an existing customer, we'll verify all information in your account.
  3. After your account is created, we'll email you a credit application form.
  4. Once the credit application form is submitted, the application will be reviewed by our accounting department. You'll receive notification of approval or denial via email within one business day.
  5. Approved customers must email us a Purchase Order (PO), and then our team will review your PO before accuracy before placing your order.

Important Information about NET30

  • NET30 terms are provided for business transactions only.
  • All orders will require a valid Purchase Order (PO).
  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Your credit application information is kept secure and confidential.

Tax Exemption Processing
Both business and individual customers may qualify for tax exemption. This process should be completed BEFORE placing an order to avoid unnecessary tax charges.

To apply for tax exemption:

  1. Reach out to us via email, phone, or chat and one of our customer service members will have the accounting department send you an email link via the tax exemption portal (Avalara's CertExpress).
  2. You'll receive an email with a link to submit your tax exemption documentation.
  3. Our sales tax calculation service will validate your exempt status, typically within one business day.
  4. If validated, you will be notified by email and your account will be updated to reflect tax-exempt status.
  5. Future orders placed under your account will not be charged applicable sales tax.
